A leading medical facility in Elizabeth, New Jersey, is actively seeking a licensed Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist, focusing on inpatient behavioral health for children and adolescents.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm
- Setting: Inpatient
Responsibilities:
- Conducting psychiatric evaluations and admissions
- Providing daily inpatient rounding and medication management
- Developing and updating treatment plans
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team
- Completing required documentation in Epic
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Active NJ Medical license or eligibility
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
Desired Skills:
- BE/BC in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- Applicable Psychiatry certifications
- Experience with inpatient Pediatric/Adolescent population
- Proficiency in Epic EMR
