A healthcare organization on Long Island is actively seeking a licensed Physician to join its growing team as the new Chief of Colorectal Surgery, with responsibilities spanning clinical and administrative functions across the residency programs.

Responsibilities:
- Leading and developing the colorectal surgery program
- Expanding access to advanced colorectal care, including minimally invasive and robotic surgery
- Collaborating across the system to enhance quality, outcomes, and patient experience
- Supporting the growth of endoscopic and surgical services
- Mentoring and collaborating with surgical colleagues and multidisciplinary teams
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Colon and Rectal Surgery (ABCRS)
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited General Surgery residency and Colorectal Surgery fellowship
- Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted New York State medical license
- DEA license (or eligibility)
- Demonstrated expertise in robotic, laparoscopic, and endoscopic techniques
- Leadership and program development skills
- Collaboration and teamwork abilities
- Strong communication skills
