A New York City health services organization is actively seeking a licensed Physician to join their team in Manhattan as their Chief Medical Officer.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a reduced patient panel
- Partnering with CEO and board for goal development
- Leading transition to value-based care
- Providing oversight for medical providers
- Establishing clinical guidelines
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Medical Director
- Licensed to practice medicine in the State of New York
- Board Eligible/Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Pediatrics
- Experience in a Leadership role within a healthcare setting
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
Desired Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Experience in Community Health
- Experience working within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
