A recognized services organization in Florida is seeking an experienced professional to join their staff as their new Chief Medical Officer (CMO), setting strategic medical directions and overseeing healthcare services for the organization.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Flexible, including evenings and weekends
- Hours: Full-time
- Setting: Multidisciplinary healthcare setting
Responsibilities:
- Setting strategic direction for medical programs and initiatives
- Ensuring delivery of high-quality and patient-centered healthcare services
- Providing executive leadership and clinical oversight
- Advising on medical policy and emerging healthcare trends
- Overseeing quality improvement and compliance with accreditation standards
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience
- Medical Doctor’s Degree (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Pediatrics, or Medical-Pediatrics
- Current and unrestricted Florida medical license
- Superior organizational and project management skills
- Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Results-oriented with proficiency in budget and finance
- Culturally sensitive service delivery
Desired Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Healthcare Administration
- Advanced Degree in a related field
- Additional certifications in Healthcare Management
