A New York City-based healthcare organization is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join one of their Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs) located in Staten Island.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm or 11pm to 7am
- Setting: Intermediate Care Facilities
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing nursing and clinical staff
- Executing health care plans and ensuring quality care
- Providing staff education and training
- Managing shift schedules and coverage
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- New York State Registered Nurse license
- CPR certification
- Proficiency in G-tube care, tracheostomy, and diabetic management
- Excellent decision-making and leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage dynamic situations
- Strong organizational skills for schedule management
Desired Skills:
- 3 years of overall nursing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Leadership and supervisory experience
- Advanced wound care skills
