An entertainment & media organization is seeking a new Change Management Coordinator to support vital infrastructure and production-related changes across media platforms.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: Standard business hours
- Locations: New York City, New Jersey, or the Orlando site
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days a week onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Change intake and initial review
- Triage and coordination of changes
- Scheduling and tracking changes
- Communicating updates with stakeholders
- Documentation and process support
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in IT, Operations, Media Technology, or a related field
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on assignments
- Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams
- Strong coordination and time management skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical environment
- Ability to stay organized in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
Desired Qualifications:
- Internship or coursework related to IT Operations or Project Coordination
- Exposure to Media, Broadcast, or Live Event environments
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, or cloud)
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts or Change Management processes
