A nonprofit organization in New York City is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join one of their growing men’s shelters in Brooklyn as a Case Manager Supervisor.
About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm
- Setting: Single Adult Shelter
Responsibilities:

- Directly supervise up to 5-10
- Review psychosocials, ILPs (Independent Living Plans), and documentation
- Support case managers in managing complex client needs
- Submit reports to DSS and oversee data compliance
- Carry a small caseload(2–5 clients), particularly in:
- Staff absences
- Complex or high-risk cases
- Ensure day-to-day operations and performance standards are met
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience
- First Aid / CPR certification
Desired Skills:
- Bilingual
- Certification in Overdose Prevention
- Previous experience in a Shelter setting
