A nonprofit organization in Brooklyn, New York is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Case Manager Supervisor, overseeing a team of Case Managers in a supportive housing setting.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: 5 days per week
- Hours: 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week)
- Setting: Supportive Housing
Responsibilities:
- Supervising the Case Managers and Peer Specialists to ensure quality case management
- Ensuring referrals and engagement with medical, mental health, and substance use programs
- Completing annual assessments for mental health and substance use
- Coordinating caseloads and ensuring compliance with standards
- Ensuring initial assessments for new residents within 30 days
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- Experience in Case Management with Mental Illness, Substance Use Disorder, or HIV/AIDS
- Knowledge of HIV Disease progression
- Strong expertise in solution-focused and person-centered practice
- Exceptional writing and oral communication skills
- Experience with Trauma-informed Care and Evidence-based practices
- Leadership and delegation skills
- Comfortable addressing performance issues
- Ability to manage workloads effectively
Desired Qualifications:
- NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and/or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Familiarity with Harm Reduction and Motivational Interviewing
- Previous experience in a Supervisory role/setting
