A nonprofit services organization in New York City is currently seeking a dedicated professional to join its team in the Bronx as a Case Manager. In this role, the Case Manager will be responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to families residing in the shelter

Responsibilities:
- Manage caseload of 25-26 families, ranging from 2-6 people per family
- Navigate the CARES database for documentation and case tracking
- Support families through shelter system navigation and coordinate services
- Work collaboratively with the Social Services team, including Housing Specialists, Social Workers, and Employment Specialists
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 6+ months of experience in a Human Services and/or Shelter setting
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Computer savvy
- Solid assessment and documentation skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Psychology, and/or Social Work
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Knowledge of CARES database
