A nonprofit services organization in New York City is actively seeking a new Bilingual Case Manager to join their growing team at one of their new locations opening in Queens. In this role, the Case Manager will be responsible for providing trauma-informed case management services to families with children experiencing housing instability.

About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm
- Setting: Transitional Housing
- Patient Population: Homeless families
Responsibilities:
- Conduct intakes, assessments, and individualized service planning
- Provide crisis intervention, advocacy, and supportive counseling
- Develop housing, vocational, and educational plans with families
- Coordinate internal and external services and resources
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Participate in supervision, meetings, and trainings
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Bilingual in relevant Asian languages/dialects (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Bengali, etc.)
- Experience in Homeless Services, Supportive Housing, or related settings
- Knowledge of Trauma-informed, Client-centered, and Culturally-responsive practices
- Solid assessment and documentation skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services and/or a related field
