Responsibilities:
The Work Readiness Facilitator will be responsible for:
- Developing training curriculum for life skills and work readiness
- Facilitating work readiness groups in-person and virtually
- Educating participants on benefits, budgeting, and self-sufficiency
- Applying motivational techniques to enhance success
- Consulting with staff on training needs
Qualifications:
- Strong facilitation skills
- Associate’s Degree
- Basic computer skills
- Strong public speaking ability
- Experience in workforce development
- Microsoft Word proficiency
