Responsibilities:
The Work Readiness Facilitator will be responsible for:
- Developing and facilitating life skills, financial empowerment, and work readiness training
- Conducting group sessions to motivate and prepare participants
- Educating participants on transitioning from public assistance to self-sufficiency
- Applying motivational techniques to enhance success
- Collaborating with vocational staff to identify job opportunities
Qualifications:
- Experience in facilitation and workforce development
- Associate's Degree
- Strong public speaking skills
- Strong Microsoft Word skills
- Basic computer skills
- Team player and coachable
- Professional and strong interpersonal communication
- Organizational and detail-oriented abilities
- Commitment to confidentiality
Desired Skills:
- Experience leading groups
