About the Opportunity:

- Schedule: 9 AM – 5 PM
- Hours: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing coaching strategies to empower participants.
- Conducting assessments and guiding career path decisions.
- Providing individual and group sessions to develop life and work skills.
- Coordinating with resources to reduce employment barriers.
- Managing participant progress and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in case management or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and MS Office applications.
- Experience in public speaking, volunteer management, or curriculum development preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, motivational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and assess client needs effectively.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Empathetic attitude towards participants.
- Ability to keep calm in stressful situations.

Desired Skills:
- Experience with case management systems like Apricot.
- Spanish language proficiency preferred.
