A healthcare system is seeking a dedicated General Cardiologist to provide locum tenens coverage in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The Cardiologist will deliver comprehensive cardiac care, including consults, diagnostics, and hospital-based procedures.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Setting: Clinic and hospital coverage with call rotation
Responsibilities:
- Provide inpatient and outpatient general cardiology services
- Perform non-invasive diagnostics, including echocardiography, TEE, and nuclear cardiology
- Manage consults, admissions, and rounding as needed
- Participate in weekend and holiday call coverage
- Collaborate with nurses, APPs, and multidisciplinary care teams
- Document all encounters in EMR
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Active and unrestricted state medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
- ACLS and BLS certifications
Desired Skills:
- Experience in both Inpatient and Outpatient General Cardiology
