A recognized services organization has a Remote opportunity awaiting a new Business/Systems Analyst III. Working remotely, the Business/Systems Analyst III will be responsible for supporting critical IT systems operations and the Subsidized Rural Build program, ensuring new construction meets regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and analyzing IT systems operations
- Determining user needs and recommending improvements
- Serving as the primary contact between users and engineering staff
- Identifying and tracking system issues
- Supporting the translation of business needs into technical requirements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and/or PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
