A financial services firm is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (Low Code) to join their team in Lewisville, TX, or Detroit, MI. This role involves working with low-code platforms and focusing on strategic analysis and software implementation.

- Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
- Understanding complex business challenges and developing intelligent solutions
- Possessing strong knowledge of business outcomes and platform capabilities
- Collaborating with matrix teams to deliver business solutions
- Leading efficient tactical delivery and configuration
- Documenting designs to support business outcomes
- Performing other duties, as needed
- 2+ years of related work experience
- High School Diploma / GED and Associate's Degree
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with Low Code platforms (Plor, DMP, etc.)
- SQL Querying experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage projects effectively
- 3+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry
- Bachelor's Degree
- Certification in Project Management/Business Analysis
- Low Code Platform certification
- Groovy Scripting knowledge
