A financial services organization is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join its growing team. In this role, the Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for working on strategy, rules configuration, and software implementation for the auto lending business.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
- Locations: Lewisville, TX, Detroit, MI, Charlotte, NC, or Jacksonville, FL
Responsibilities:
- Understanding complex business challenges to build intelligent solutions
- Maintaining strong subject matter knowledge in business outcomes and platform capabilities
- Partnering with teams to deliver business-focused solutions
- Supporting efficient tactical delivery
- Configuring and documenting concepts across Agile delivery lifecycles
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience
- Experience in the Financial Services or related industry
- Proficiency in SQL querying
- Groovy Scripting experience
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Project Management/Business Analyst certification
- Experience with DMP migration
- MOSEL experience
- Background in Auto-finance
