A top financial institution is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support mortgage teams and drive solutions across critical product lines. The qualified professional in this role will be required to work out of the company's Pensacola, Florida, or Vienna, Virginia, site.

About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
- Communicating status updates and issues in both oral and written formats; leading product meetings
- Authoring user stories, features, and backlog items while providing constructive feedback
- Serving as a liaison between Mortgage Systems & Solutions teams and stakeholders
- Conducting thorough requirements analysis and validation
- Designing system solutions and presenting findings
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis and Product Backlog Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong data querying and analysis skills
- Effective planning and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Desired Qualifications:
- Certifications in SAFe or CSM
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platforms
- Experience supporting Mortgage Operations
- Experience with Vendor Evaluations
