A top Fortune 50 financial services organization is currently seeking a Business Support Specialist for a fully remote, 12-month contract opportunity. This role supports critical system, account, and loan operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency across the enterprise.

About the Opportunity:
- Assignment Length: 12 months
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business hours (40 hours/week)
- Setting: Fully Remote
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing, researching, and resolving system, account, loan, and General Ledger discrepancies to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Identifying system or process errors, recommending corrective actions, and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve system-related issues and support business unit operations
- Participating in task groups for new products, automated systems, and system enhancements
- Planning, executing, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation of system or process changes
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Business Operations, Financial Services Support, or Systems Analysis
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience working in regulated financial services environments
- Experience with System and Data Analysis
- Experience with UAT planning and execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Desired Skills:
- Experience supporting Financial Systems or Enterprise platforms
- Exposure to Compliance, Regulatory, or Audit-focused environments
