A healthcare organization in New York City is seeking a Business Solutions Lead to serve as a strategic liaison between business and technology teams. This role focuses on translating business needs into technology solutions, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and driving initiatives that improve efficiency and deliver measurable value.
About the Opportunity:- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
- Partner with business leaders to align technology initiatives with enterprise strategy and roadmap priorities
- Translate business needs into technical requirements, scope definitions, and actionable IT deliverables
- Build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders to address complex business challenges and support strategic initiatives
- Lead the development and execution of technology strategies that improve business outcomes and operational efficiency
- Oversee project lifecycles, manage external resources, and support demand, capacity, and metrics reporting
- 10+ years of relevant IT experience in Healthcare, Business, and/or Consulting settings
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in a Leadership role
- Strong understanding of the Healthcare Data Model
- Enterprise-level strategic planning and analysis skills
- Broad understanding of core healthcare payer operations
- Deep understanding of clinical, payment integrity, and provider network management domains
- Experience in analyzing business needs and managing a portfolio of initiatives
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, conflict resolution, and team-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Master’s Degree
