A financial services company is seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Analyst for a great opportunity with their team in Detroit, MI.
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week.***
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days on-site per week)
Responsibilities:
- Drive value throughout the entire development lifecycle from project inception, requirements, design, construct, testing, deployment, and production support
- Providing superior customer experience, ensuring all escalations are handled professionally, timely, and accurately
- Act as subject matter experts of the multi-tenant auction platform in support of operational initiatives, integrations, issue/defect resolution, and escalation support
- Facilitate customer integrations while providing Leadershipwith consistent views into the integration activities and roadmap
- Serves as primary business liaison to the DevOps Support Team, driving priority, urgency, and quick resolution of production issues & defects
- Proactively identify/execute process improvement initiatives to resolve redundancy and streamline work for teams within LOB
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or Computer Science-related field
- Microsoft Excel proficient
Desired Skills:
- 1+ year of experience in the Software Product industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems
- Advanced knowledge of Automotive, Vehicle Remarketing
- Jira experience
