Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and analyzing transactions to identify suspicious activity
- Investigating alerts and documenting findings
- Performing customer due diligence activities
- Collaborating with compliance teams
- Preparing reports and presentations for senior management
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience within the Financial Services industry
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Basic understanding of BSA/AML regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in a BSA/AML role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
