A New Jersey-based consumer products company is looking to add a new Business Analyst, specializing in Salesforce, on a Remote basis with flexibility to occasionally commute to Parsippany.

Responsibilities:
- Eliciting business needs and specifying user stories
- Collaborating with vendor partners and internal teams
- Advising on best practices and documenting requirements
- Working with IT Development and QA for system testing
- Guiding and reviewing the work of other team members
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis and Design
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Experience with Salesforce
- Knowledge of B2B customer-centric requirements
- Solid understanding of Digital User Interface design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- CBAP or similar certification
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
