A recognized consumer products company in New Jersey is seeking a new Business Analyst with a Salesforce background to join its staff in a Remote position. In this role, the Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs and collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful delivery of new system capabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Understanding current processes and capturing requirements for new systems
- Collaborating with vendor partners and internal teams
- Advising on best practices
- Documenting functional requirements and user stories
- Facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis & Design
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Experience with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience in Jira
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional decisions
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and/or Information Systems or related field
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
- Experience in the Manufacturing Industry
- Experience documenting requirements for System Integrations
