A professional services firm in New Jersey has a great opportunity to join their team in Business Analyst. In this role, the Business Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze and document business requirements, provide solutions, and support process improvements.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
- Setting: Hybrid (predominantly remote with quarterly office visits)
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with business process leads to gathering and documenting requirements
- Translating requirements into solution options and functional designs
- Assessing impacts on processes and integrations
- Creating process diagrams, prototypes, and specifications
- Supporting projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of related work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
- Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Proficiency in Databases/SQL
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within teams
Desired Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- Bachelor's Degree in a Software Development discipline
- Business Analyst certification
- Experience with APIs/Technical integrations
