About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: Standard business
- Setting: Hybrid (at least 3 days a week onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Providing superior customer experience and handling escalations
- Supporting platforms release program and business validation
- Acting as a subject matter expert for operational initiatives and issue resolution
- Serving as a business liaison to DevOps Support Team
- Facilitating customer integration and onboarding
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
