A recognized organization in New Jersey is actively seeking a new Business Analyst to join their team and focus on supporting retail data integration and other key business initiatives.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 40 per week
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Gathering business requirements and writing user stories for solution development
- Identifying root cause issues in data and ways of working
- Driving improved business performance through data analysis
- Supporting monthly operations commentary for senior leadership reporting
- Providing valuable reporting and insights on key store performance metrics
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Solid understanding of Retail and POS systems
- Experience creating workflow diagrams in Visio
- Proficiency in Excel
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong written skills
