A Top Fortune 50 Financial Services Company is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to working with their team in Pensacola, FL.

***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week.***
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative and operational support with an emphasis on SharePoint content management, reporting, document authoring, and data accuracy initiatives
- Maintain and populate SharePoint Communities of Practice (COP) sites, ensuring accurate and organized content
- Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms within SharePoint to support tracking and operational needs
- Author high-volume correspondence in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including the creation of over 1,000 individualized letters in accordance with established templates and standards
- Perform address validation and data verification to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with SharePoint and enterprise content management systems
- Experience with document/letter authoring in AEM or similar platforms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks accurately
- Effective organizational and written communication skills
