A services organization in Connecticut is seeking a new Business Analyst to join their team in Stamford, to review and analyze IT systems and identify and address user needs.
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 4 days a week.***
Responsibilities:
- Creating and revising BRDs, meeting minutes, and follow-up documentation
- Leading project discovery calls and meetings
- Coordinating stakeholder reviews and approvals
- Supporting the translation of business needs into technical requirements
- Documenting internal systems and processes
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proficient with PC and software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Experience with Business Analysis
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Good organizational skills
