A healthcare organization in Newark, New Jersey, is seeking a new Business Analyst/Data Analyst to focus on healthcare billing and financials to optimize operational efficiency.
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week.***
Responsibilities:
- Investigating service-related issues to identify root causes
- Developing forecasting tools using current technologies
- Translating business requirements for the development of technical specifications
- Developing solutions based on data analysis to increase efficiency
- Leading internal and external project workgroups and presentations
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in an Operational or Analytical role
- Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge of the Healthcare industry
- Experience with Project Management methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Effective time management skills
