A New York City financial services organization is seeking a new Business Administration Representative for a critical role in data registration and customer service support.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm (EST; 40-hour work week)
- Setting: Hybrid (at least 3 days a week onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Registering customer data into the proprietary system in a timely manner
- Setting up systems and handling inquiries from customers mainly through email
- Obtaining knowledge regarding cash management products and services
- Managing customer entries in the billing database to generate invoices
- Collaborating with back-office operations for wire transfer issues and inquiries
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- More than 2 years of relevant Customer Service experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Strong time management skills
- Effective multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Diplomatic and respectful relationship building
- Ability to anticipate customer needs
- Quick learning of internal policies and procedures
Desired Qualifications:
- More than 2 years of experience
- BA/BS Degree
- Bilingual (English and Japanese)
