A recognized services company is seeking a new Budget Analyst to join their team. In this role, the Budget Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, modification, and dissemination of the budgets to the sites.

Responsibilities:
- Build detailed line-item budgets on an annual basis for assigned portfolio of sites in conjunction with Senior level Program team.
- Provide thoughtful analysis to the Program team during budget creation.
- Modify budgets throughout the year in response to changes in spending and/or funding in conjunction with Revenue team.
- Submit timely close-out budgets to ensure maximization of funder budget.
- Update accounting system to reflect last approved budget while maintaining complete record of all versions of budget.
- Maintain complete budget files with source correspondence.
- Serves as liaison between the funding agencies, Program and Revenue teams.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Accounting and Budget Preparation
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Previous experience with Budget Creation and Analysis
- Knowledge in Fiscal Management for government contract: Federal, State and City agencies
- Experience in all Microsoft applications
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
