About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm (EST)
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Conducting quantitative analysis for risk assessment
- Identifying and remediating risks
- Supporting the company's reputation and minimizing compliance risk
- Ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards
- Documenting and escalating unusual activities
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Experience in transaction monitoring and alert review
- Knowledge of AML and Financial Crime regulations
- Experience in alert investigation and documentation
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
