A property management firm in New York City is seeking a new Brokerage Coordinator to join their growing team. In this role, the Brokerage Coordinator will provide dedicated support to a top-performing brokerage team, ensuring brokers have the resources they need for success.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 5pm (40 hours a week with a 1-hour unpaid lunch)
- Setting: Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal resources on marketing, research, deal booking and operations.
- Create and coordinate the creation to format, and maintain marketing materials (brochures, presentations, proposals, case studies, newsletters, email blasts, invitations, announcements, boards, aerials, tour books, bios, team materials etc.)
- Create simple maps and aerials to illustrate relevant information regarding the property being marketed or list of properties for consideration
- Manage the distribution of e-blasts (templated property e-blasts, announcements etc.)
- Coordinate with other departments (marketing, research, finance) based on the needs of the team and client
- Provide sales, marketing, and transaction support
- Coordinate appointments with internal and external clients and arrange any other accommodation that may be required
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ years’ experience in Marketing, Administrative Support or related field
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including creating and editing marketing materials
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- History of excellent internal and external customer service
Desired Qualifications:
- Commercial Real Estate experience
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
