A health services organization in Massachusetts is actively seeking a Board Certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join its team in Natick, providing care in an inpatient setting with no on-call duties.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm
- Setting: Inpatient
Responsibilities:
- Providing psychiatric care for inpatients
- Managing 6-10 patients per shift
- Collaborating with a team of RNs, APP, MAs, and office staff
- Utilizing the Cerner EMR system
- Ensuring compliance with all certification requirements
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Psychiatry - Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- Licensed to practice in the State of Massachusetts
- ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS certification
- Proficiency in Cerner EMR
Desired Skills:
- Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
- Child and Adolescent Certified CPI training
- Experience in an Acute Psychiatric Unit
