A recognized services organization in Connecticut is actively seeking a new BI Analyst to join their team in Stamford, focusing on improving customer experiences through analyzing network impacts.
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 4 days a week.***

Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Service Reliability organization
- Improving customer experience through analytics
- Analyzing impacts of network outages, impairments, and maintenance events
- Collaborating with ETL development teams
- Communicating analysis/findings to senior leadership
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Experience with Data Warehouse integration
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented and strong organizer
- Effective in fast-paced, evolving environments
Desired Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Business or Data Analysis
- Experience in TeleCom/Charter industry
- Experience with AWS Redshift, Strategy, or Tableau
