A recognized communications company in Connecticut is currently seeking a BI Analyst for their Business Intelligence team.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business
- Setting: Hybrid (4 days per week in the office)
- Note: Only candidates eligible for contract-to-hire (at 90-day mark) and not requiring sponsorship should be submitted.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Service Reliability team in their mission to enhance customer experience
- Provide analytics focused on network outages and impairments
- Deliver insights related to maintenance and upgrade events
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in SQL and Redshift
- Microsoft Excel for data validation and ad hoc analysis
- Solid problem-solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
