A pharmaceutical company outside of Philadelphia, PA is seeking a new Benefits Manager for a 6-month contract role, focusing on strategic project-based work in benefits management.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days in-office)
Responsibilities:
- Leading implementation of new benefit programs
- Managing vendor selection and transitions
- Overseeing integrations and data migration
- Executing project plans and communication strategies
- Ensuring compliance with regulations
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Benefits Administration
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong knowledge of US Benefits regulations
- Experience managing multiple complex projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Attention to detail and compliance focus
Desired Skills:
- Certifications: CEBS, CBP, PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP
- Experience with Workday experience
- Open Enrollment Strategy experience
- Strong skills in Project Management
