A health services organization in Massachusetts is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join in a Remote capacity and on a Part-time basis as their new Behavioral Health Therapist.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Part-time
- Schedule: 4 or 8 hours per day
- Hours: between 8am to 6pm (16-24 hours weekly)
- Setting: Remote Clinical Care
Responsibilities:
- Providing integrated behavioral health care with a focus on clinical quality
- Maintaining a caseload with regular therapy sessions
- Work with a diverse patient population, fostering inclusivity
- Solving patient issues efficiently in collaboration with a team
- Utilizing data and technology in therapeutic practices
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in teletherapy
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field for clinical practice
- MA Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, or MBCT
- Ability to plan and intervene in high-risk situations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree in Mental Health and/or a related field
- Additional certifications in Therapy modalities
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Teletherapy experience
- Proficiency in Safety Planning
