A financial services firm in Miami, Florida is seeking a new Banking Service Analyst to perform a variety of operational tasks to support the commercial department.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: 5 days a week
- Hours: 9am to 5pm EST
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full process of credit card applications from submission to maintenance
- Processing checkbook orders and temporary checks
- Updating credit and debit cards and setting up records on Globus
- Assisting with vendor payments and completing daily customer tasks
- Handling signature verification for various documents
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of overall experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with the Credit Card Application process
- Understanding of Private Banking Operations
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or a related field
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Proficiency with Banking systems
