A leading organization in Newark is currently seeking a talented Cloud Engineer to join their team. This role involves contributing to significant cloud projects with a focus on AWS, supporting operations and strategic cloud initiatives.

Responsibilities:
The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing cloud-based solutions, including infrastructure, applications, and platforms
- Developing automation scripts and infrastructure as code (IaC) for efficient resource provisioning
- Implementing and managing cloud security practices to protect data
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to other teams
- Participating in cloud migrations and COE development around the cloud
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of cloud experience
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
- Certification in AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus
- Strong technical skills in AWS cloud platform
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
- Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Desired Skills:
- Experience beyond five years is advantageous
- Advanced educational credentials
- Additional cloud certifications
- Proficiency in DevOps practices
- Strong interpersonal and troubleshooting skills
