A New York City services company is actively seeking a new AV Technician to join its growing team in Manhattan to manage technical AV issues and enhancements in a hybrid work environment.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: Standard business hours
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Providing white glove AV support to the Executive Leadership Team
- Proactively identifying process or technical improvements
- Handling AV vendor management
- Supporting AV products such as Polycom, Crestron, Zoom, Cisco
- Maintaining confidentiality and privacy in dealings with executives
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of relevant work experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Experience with AV system setup
- Solid problem-solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
