A top Fortune 50 financial organization, based near Vienna, VA, is actively seeking an ATM Operator to join their team. This role involves monitoring ATM systems enterprise-wide, managing incidents proactively, and ensuring consistent uptime across the network.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Rotating; includes every other weekend and holidays
- Hours: 12-hour workdays
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite; 2 days remote)
Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitoring ATM enterprise systems for availability and performance
- Responding to alerts and incidents using system monitoring tools
- Diagnosing, escalating, and resolving operational issues and outages
- Creating and maintaining incident tickets, logging faults, resolution actions, and uptime
- Dispatching service technicians for hardware failures and tracking resolution workflows
- Collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors to restore ATM services in alignment with established procedures
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of ATM and/or Network Monitoring experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Proficiency with enterprise ATM/system monitoring tools
- Familiarity with IT systems terminology and enterprise environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated initiative and sound judgment in operational contexts
- Experience in a 24/7/365 service environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure
Desired Skills:
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience with operational coordination or tracking functions
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, or other ticketing/project-management platforms
