Responsibilities:
- Participating in the medical leadership team and attending board meetings

- Maintaining organizational accreditations and developing quality assurance plans

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare
- Medical Degree from an accredited school
- Board certification in Pediatrics or a related primary care discipline
- Unrestricted state license and DEA certification
- Familiarity with managed care protocols
- Proficiency in electronic medical records
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and cultural competence
