A pharma company in Westchester County is seeking a new Associate Manager, Program Finance, focusing on supporting clinical development studies with financial analysis.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 5pm (some flexibility)
- Setting: Hybrid (4 days a week onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Owning and leading financial reporting and analysis for assigned areas
- Partnering with program management to build budgets and monitor financials
- Translating development plans to forecasts and loading into systems
- Managing P&L implications and ensuring accuracy of financials
- Participating in improving financial processes and templates
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in Forecasting and Budgeting
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Scientific, or quantitative field
- Experience with ERP applications (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion)
- Microsoft Excel proficient
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to translate analytical findings into practical solutions
- Strong collaboration skills
- Effective conflict resolution skills
Desired Qualifications:
- MBA
- CPA or CFA
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology sectors
- Experience with Financial software
