A recognized pharma company is actively seeking an experienced Accounting professional to join their team as their new Associate Manager of Accounting Operations.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 5pm (EST)
- Setting: Hybrid (4 days onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives
- Develop business cases, process models, and workflow diagrams to support decision-making
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions
- Prepare clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and provide ongoing support
- Participate in special projects or initiatives as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in an Accounting function
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- A strong understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley Technology (SOX) controls
- Expertise in business process design and documentation
Desired Skills:
- Six Sigma certification
- Working knowledge large scale ERP system
