- Schedule: Saturday & Sunday or Sunday to Thursday
- Hours: Standard business
Responsibilities:
- Scaling and optimizing multi-channel support operations
- Delivering world-class service to digital subscription customers
- Growing and coaching support teams in fast-paced environments
- Diving into complex issues and driving improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Customer Support Management experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Proficiency in Zendesk
- Experience with Digital Products
- Technical environment comfort
- Problem-solving skills
- Highly collaborative mindset
