A New Jersey-based media services company is seeking a new Associate Customer Experience Manager to join its team and optimize multi-channel support operations for digital subscription customers.

- Setting: Hybrid (Tuesday to Thursday onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Optimizing service delivery to digital subscription customers
- Maintaining and evolving customer support tools and workflows
- Automating recurring workflows
- Analyzing data to improve automation and customer satisfaction
- Leading AI-powered support experiences
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Support Operations
- High School Diploma / GED
- Experience with Digital Subscription-based Products
- Proficiency in Zendesk
- Collaborative mindset
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Tech certifications
- Experience in a Digital Business
- Familiarity with Kustomer or similar platforms
