A New Jersey-based media services company is seeking a new Associate Customer Experience Manager to join its team and optimize multi-channel support operations for digital subscription customers.

 About the Opportunity:
  • Shift: Day
  • Schedule: Full-Time
  • Hours: Standard business hours
  • Setting: Hybrid (Tuesday to Thursday onsite)
Responsibilities:
  • Optimizing service delivery to digital subscription customers
  • Maintaining and evolving customer support tools and workflows
  • Automating recurring workflows
  • Analyzing data to improve automation and customer satisfaction
  • Leading AI-powered support experiences
  • Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Support Operations
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Experience with Digital Subscription-based Products
  • Proficiency in Zendesk
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications:
  • Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
  • Tech certifications
  • Experience in a Digital Business
  • Familiarity with Kustomer or similar platforms
