A recognized health insurance organization in Tennessee is actively seeking a new Assistant Recruiter/Recruiting Support Specialist to join their team in Chattanooga.

About the Opportunity:
- Assignment Length: 6+ months
- Hours: 8am to 5pm (35 hours per month)
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days a week)
Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruiting activities across the full talent acquisition lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, offer coordination, and pre-hire administration
- Partners closely with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders to deliver effective, timely, and data-informed talent solutions
- Provide both strategic recruiting support and essential administrative and operational assistance and thrive in a fast-paced environment undergoing AI-driven transformation
- Perform other duties, as neeed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a Recruiting and/or Recruitment Support role
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a customer-focused mindset
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience using AI-enabled tools to support recruiting, administrative, or operational work (e.g., sourcing support, reporting, documentation, workflow optimization)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or similar generative AI tools and the ability to apply them responsibly to improve productivity, communication, and insights
