A global real estate services firm in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join their team, handling a range of administrative and management tasks.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 5pm or 8:30am to 5:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Calculating utility bill backs for tenants
- Entering purchase orders into the client’s system
- Managing segmented accounting processes
- Organizing digital files and collecting documents from service providers
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Property Management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- Proficient in Excel and have the ability to learn new software systems
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Comfortable in a high-volume work setting
Desired Skills:
